What is Covered & Shipping

Covers manufacturing defects and adhesive aging (loose pearls). When initiating a service, customers cover one-way shipping to our U.S. hub. ONEPEARLIFE™ fully covers all professional repair labor, premium replacement materials, and return shipping to your doorstep.

What is Excluded

Excludes damage from improper care (e.g., chemical exposure to perfumes or cosmetics causing loss of pearl luster), severe accidental breakage, metal distortion from force, or lost gemstones.

Return Policy

90-Day Try-On Window

We offer an industry-leading 90-day return period from your delivery date to try on your pieces in the comfort of your home. Please note that trying on is not the same as extended wear.

Pristine Condition & Video Inspection

To be eligible for a refund, items must be in original, unworn condition. Any pieces showing signs of usage—including microfiber scratches, metal bending, or perfume scents—cannot be accepted. All returns are verified via unboxing video inspections at our U.S. hub.

Return Shipping & Seamless Refunds

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs to our U.S. hub. For your convenience, a pre-paid shipping label can be provided upon request, with the nominal label cost deducted from your final refund. Once quality-approved, refunds appear within 5–10 business days.
